Hayden Adams - Founder and CEO

Hayden Adams is the founder of Uniswap protocol and the chief Executive Officer at Uniswap Labs. Previously, he worked at Siemens as an Engineer, performing engineering simulations and design exploration for numerous clients in the automotive and aerospace industries. He was a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Vista Wearables, where he was responsible for designing, modeling, and rapid prototyping a wearable device that assists visually impaired individuals. He was also a researcher at Columbia University Medical Center.

Mary-Catherine Lader - COO

Mary-Catherine Lader is the Chief Operating Officer at Uniswap Labs. She is also a team member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Previously, she served as the Managing Director and COO of BlackRock Digital Wealth. She is also the co-founder of hiWatson. She worked at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Analyst.

Marvin Ammori JD - Chief Legal Officer

Marvin Ammori works as a Chief Legal Officer at Uniswap Labs. He is a lawyer, civil liberties advocate, and scholar best known for his work on network neutrality and Internet freedom issues.

Justin Wong - Director of Finance

Justin Wong serves as the Director of Finance at Uniswap Labs. He has over 15 years of experience in building finance teams and optimizing processes at dynamic, high-growth, innovative organizations. He also has industry experience in aerospace, energy, international development, and banking/advisory.
