He co-founded Ripple in 2012 and was CEO of Ripple until 2016. Before Ripple, he co-founded E-Loan- an online mortgage lender and Prosper- a peer to peer lender.
Brad Garlinhouse- Founder and CEO
He is the founder and CEO of Ripple Labs. Before Ripple, Brad served as the CEO and Chairman of Hightail. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors at OutMatch.
David Schwartz- CTO
David is one of the original architects of the XRP Ledger. Before joining Ripple, David Schwartz was Chief Technical Officer for WebMaster Incorporated, a Santa Clara software developer. He developed encrypted cloud storage and enterprise messaging systems for organizations like CNN and the National Security Agency (NSA).
Kristina Campbell- CFO
Kristina has over 20 years of experience in finance operations and business strategy with a focus on fintech and payments.
Eric van Miltenburg- CBO
Eric has 20 years of leadership experience in business development, strategic planning, business operations and corporate development.
Monica Long- GM
Joined Ripple in 2013 as the Company’s first marketing/communications hire, she is now the GM of Ripple X. Monica leads the team of infrastructure, tools, services, and programs.

In 2013, One of the co-founders of Ripple, Jed McCaleb left Ripple over reported disagreements. His next venture in 2014 was co-founding Stellar, a digital asset for p2p global payments.
