Klaytn is an open-source public blockchain for all who wish to build, work, or play in the Metaverse. KLAY is the native utility token of the Klaytn blockchain.
KLAY crypto was created by GroundX, a subsidiary of Kakao, which is the largest mobile platform in South Korea. After several years of successful operations in Korea, the Klaytn Foundation was started to aid in the global expansion of the Klaytn blockchain. The Klaytn Foundation is based in Singapore and it is a non-profit organization created with the goal of accelerating the worldwide adoption of Klaytn and the development of its ecosystem. The Klaytn business is supported by the Klaytn Growth Fund and this fund is managed by the Klaytn Foundation.

Dr. Sangmin Seo - He is the Director of Klaytn Foundation. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer in GroundX and Computer Scientist in Argonne National Lab.
David Shin - He is the Head of Global Adoption at Klaytn. Previously, he served as the Head of Asia at Tezos; Head of Exchange at Bitcoin.com;
Younho Lee - He is the Head of Klaytn Strategy & Treasury. Previously, he served as the Lead of Klaytn Business in GroundX; Investment Director in Huobi Korea and Investment Manager in Lindeman Asia.
Junghyun Kim - He is the Lead of Klaytn Core Development at Klaytn. Previously, he served as the Lead of Klaytn Development in GroundX and Senior Software Engineer in Samsung.
Terry Wilkinson - Currently, he is the Head of Ecosystem Development at Klaytn and also the Founder & CEO of Polytree. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Engineering in the Anchor Neural World Foundation and Blockchain Lead in ADDX.
Neo C. K. Yiu - He is the Head of Technology Advocacy at Klaytn Foundation. Prior to this, he served as the Group Blockchain Lead in De Beers Group and Director of Technology at the Oxford Blockchain Society.
Dr. Carolina Rios-Florez - Currently, she is the Director of Partnerships at Klaytn Foundation and Ambassador CEmprende in iNNpulsa Colombia. Previously, she worked as Legal Intern in Bitcoin Center Korea and Legal Advisor in Presidential Agency Colombia.
Jerry Won - He is the Head of Partnerships at Klaytn Foundation. Prior to this, his role was Investments in a Seoul-based Single Family Office.
