A blockchain-engineering company, Input Output Hong Kong (IOHK) was founded in 2015 by Charles Hoskinson and Jeremy Wood, whose primary business is the development of Cardano, alongside The Cardano Foundation and Emurgo. Charles Hoskinson - Founder and CEO
He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Cardano blockchain platform. Before Cardano, he was a Co-Founder of the Ethereum blockchain platform and left Ethereum project in 2014.
Jeremy Wood - Founder
He is the Co-Founder of Cardano blockchain platform. He stepped down from his role as Chief Strategy Officer in 2020. Before Cardano, he was managing operations for Ethereum project in 2013. After leaving Ethereum, he consulted on cryptocurrencies before starting IOHK with Charles Hoskinson in 2015.
Tamara Haasen - President and Chief Of Staff
She joined IOHK as Corporate Culture Officer (CCO) in 2017. She is a business developer with a focus on logistics and systems integrations.
Romain Pellerin - Chief Technology Officer
He joined IOHK in 2020. He has founded three start-ups since 2008, at which he held both Chief Executive and Chief Technology Officer positions. Since 2017, Romain has built blockchain-based products for clients.
Jerry Fragiskatos - Chief Commercial Officer
He joined IOHK in 2019. He has worked since 2000 on large IT and digital transformations as a member of leadership teams that led to US$3 billion of new business.
Jeff Pollack - Chief Financial Officer
He joined IOHK in 2018. He has worked on Wall Street for more than 30 years.
Prof Aggelos Kiayias - Chief Scientist
He joined IOHK in 2017 as Chief Scientist through a long-term consulting agreement between IOHK and the University of Edinburgh, where he is also the director of the Blockchain technology laboratory.
Joel Telpner - Chief Legal Officer
He joined IOHK as Chief Legal Officer in 2021. He is also special counsel and head of the fintech and blockchain practice at Sullivan and Worcester, the global law firm.
Gerard Moroney - Chief Operating Officer
He has spent more than 10 years building high performance offshore and captive development teams in Asia, supporting a global customer base.
